Any faulty items will be replaced or refunded if notified within 7 days, no refunds on specially ordered goods, restocking charge of 20% on returns. The seller will only accept goods for return by customers, if prior consent has been given by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept goods being returned by a customer.
